RTM V Call for Papers
The Space Frontier Foundation is soliciting papers for presentation at the next Return to the Moon Conference to be held July 16 through July 18, 2004 in Las Vegas.
Papers on all topics related to the exploration and settlement of the Moon are invited. The ultimate objective of the Return To the Moon project is to promote a large scale permanent settlement of the Moon.
All papers submitted will be evaluated for inclusion based on how well they fit into this context. Of specific interest are presentations addressing the following topics: |

The list above is not meant to be exhaustive. Papers in other, related areas will be considered as well. Abstracts must be submitted for evaluation no later than May 15, 2004. Authors will be notified as to whether their papers have been accepted for presentation by May 31, 2004. Final drafts of all selected papers must be received no later than June 30, 2004.
Abstracts must be 1,000 words or less, submitted in Microsoft Word format and must be accompanied by one or more paragraphs of basic biographical information about the author(s). Please e-mail abstracts and all electronic materials to the RTM Conference Manager at Mannypim at aol.com. We also encourage you to submit any questions you may have regarding your participation at RTM V to Mr. Pimenta at the same e-mail address.
