April 22, 2008 – The Beginning of the End or the End of the Beginning (pdf) – Foundation Board member Charles E. October 10, 2007 – A National Security Space Office (NSSO) led study group, which has been investigating space-based solar power (SBSP) as a way to reduce American dependence on foreign-oil as well as a solution to the possibility of global warming, is set to announce the study results on October 10th at 9 a.m. EDT at a National Press Club event sponsored by the National Space Society.
