May 15, 2008 – H.R. 2043 Twelve Years Later – Back in 1996, NASA was instructed, with H.R. 2043, to phase into using only commercial parabolic flights instead of running their own parabolic plane program. NASA has taken12 years to start to comply with the resolution. The Space Frontier Foundation would like H.R. 2043 to be fully implimented. |
